With the 2009 CKD-EPI equation having fallen out of favor (1), it is high time to provide an updated non-steady state kidney function calculator (2, 3):

Non-steady state GFR is estimated with the EKFC formula (4) and the 2021 CKD-EPI refit (5). It also provides 2012 KDIGO AKI categories (6) with standard 7 day and 48 hours creatinine values (7).
